Welcome to Busy Body – your quick and efficient functional training program designed for the busiest bodies to move better, feel better, and live better. This program was specifically designed for busy professionals, moms, entrepreneurs or anyone who feels like there is not enough time in the day to exercise. It is designed for everyone ranging from beginner to advanced. The only requirement is that you are able to get up from off the floor! Equipment Required: Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells for strength training days. A foam roller for mobility & more. Workout and Program Length: This program was designed to meet YOUR schedule. Each workout is 30 minutes or less. It is recommended that you complete one workout five days a week; you decide when to take your rest days based on your schedule and how you feel! There is also the option to double up workouts to give yourself more rest days.
